We conduct a desktop survey using online tools to estimate the one-time installation or connection fee. We try to get an accurate estimate but we cannot be 100% certain. The final installation fee will be determined after we conduct a field survey. The process is as follows:
- Conduct a desktop survey
- Send proposal to the customer
- Customer approves the proposal (including estimated installation fee)
- Conduct a field survey
- If the installation fee in the field survey is different from the installation fee in the desktop survey, send a revised proposal to the customer
