Customer Responsibilities For Service Installations
Customer accepts responsibilities that prior to the installation of any service that requires connectivity (access services) such as the Internet, Wide Area Network, and more, that they shall arrange and provide access or private right of way and power for Teledata to establish the connection and install any necessary equipment either on the mast, rooftop, ground or underground, all at the customer’s own expense.

Hiring of Scaffold
- The Customer accepts that the Supplier does not use a scaffold as one of its operational equipment
- Where it is determined during the survey that the access to the place of installation of equipment shall require a scaffold, the Customer accepts and agrees to provide the scaffold for the installation
- Alternatively, where the Customer agrees with the Supplier to hire a scaffold for the installation of equipment, the Customer accepts and agrees to pay for the hiring fee on the day of hire
