The Customer accepts that the Supplier is not in the business of providing LAN services to its customers
If during the lifetime of the Customer with the Supplier, the Customer lodges complaint which is investigated and determined to be attributable to the LAN issue, the Customer accepts and agrees to take responsibility for resolving such LAN issue
Where the Supplier has the expertise in resolving the determined LAN issue and where Customer agrees with the Supplier that Supplier provides such LAN service, the Customer accepts and agrees to pay the required fee, as communicated by the Supplier before starting work
