Teledata’s New Extended Service Desk Hours
At Teledata we are always searching for ways to improve our service to our customers. We work hard to be very approachable and go the extra mile in our service, which is why we have extended our service desk hours.
We know everyone likes to communicate differently, so we love to give you options over how you can contact us. You can reach our excellent, dedicated service desk by calling us, skyping us or sending a text message. You can also contact us through our online contact form.
If you want to get in touch with our call centre via the phone or Skype, then there are customer service representative ready and waiting for you on Monday to Friday, from 8 am through to 5 pm. On Saturdays, we are available from 9 am until 1 pm.
However, we know that in today’s fast-paced world, it’s best to be available as much as possible, which is why we have extended our service desk hours. So, if you get in touch over email, SMS, or online through the website, we have extended our hours.
You can contact us through these mediums Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and even on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We have added this Sunday service because we realise how busy people are. Sometimes it’s only on the weekends you have time to get in touch and enquire about our services!
