Standard installations — a pole of up to 6 metres — are completed within 3–6 working days of order validation. Installations requiring a 10-metre mast are completed within 15 working days.
After installation, your service is monitored for up to 10 days. Order validation means we have received your signed proposal — that is when the clock starts.
The survey confirms the exact schedule for your site: the route, the mounting, and anything unusual about the building are all known before we commit a date.
