Meet Our Staff: Jessica Kwakye, corporate account executive.
With her bright smile and outgoing personality, Jessica Kwakye has been a tremendous asset to her team since her first days at Teledata in 2015. She started out as a National Service Personnel and impressed her bosses with her calm nature and good work ethic.
As a Teledata corporate account executive, Jessica goes out into Accra to speak with clients to see how Teledata can offer a better service to them. It is a job she loves!
“Being with Teledata has given me a lot of exposure, going out and meeting clients, interacting with them and trying to solve their issues for them,” she explains.
And Jessica loves the fact that she learns new things every day, through training and on-the-job experiences.
Teledata believes in always upskilling staff so they can be better and more comfortable in their careers.
As Jessica puts it: “Teledata has given me a lot of training. I have been able to gain confidence. It is the best thing that has ever happened to me.”
Teledata also loves to encourage personal growth and development. Dealing with so many different people is a great way for this to happen, Jessica believes.
“I have been able to control my temperament. Because with clients you meet different kinds of people – it’s very, very hectic sometimes.”
What do you do in your spare time?
When she isn’t working, Jessica is listening to songs online or writing her own!
“I get so much inspiration from listening to other people’s music, especially gospel. I love Tasha Cobbs. She carries a lot of charisma; she is a go-getter. I can relate to her. I think I have something that is connected to her!”
Jessica will listen to the American songstress whenever she gets a chance – and she can sing her songs too! If you get a chance to meet Jessica, then mention Tasha Cobbs and maybe she will sing one of her songs for you!
