Billing System

The billing system known as VMS is a web based voucher management system for managing your business.

Features

Print Vouchers: You will be able to print a variety of time based and byte based vouchers. Entry level Price starts with GHC 2.00 upwards. Bytes vouchers are valid for 30 days and 90 days respectively.

Manage Users: You will be able to create users and assign them various access levels that limits them to specific operations in the VMS.

Manage Wallet: A wallet is an electronic safe that stores your money or stocks and makes it available for transaction on line. You can top up your e-wallet, transfer money between two or more e-wallets accounts and set minimum level notification amount per account.

Voucher Transactions: A detailed generated report on all vouchers transactions including who printed them and what date and time they were printed.

Wallet Transactions: You can generate a detailed report on all financial transactions in your e-wallet, including the person who carried out the transaction
